Beachfront unplugged resort on Kauai's North Shore

Amenities

The resort offers a daily complimentary coffee bar featuring local Kauai Coffee for guests each morning. Outdoor grilling areas with multiple BBQ stations are available for guest use throughout the property. A free shuttle service transports guests to Hanalei town and nearby beaches during daytime hours.

Rooms

All two-bedroom suites are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a private balcony with ocean or garden views. There are no televisions or telephones in any unit, encouraging relaxation and disconnection. Ceiling fans and open windows provide natural cooling, with no air conditioning installed in any suite.

Dining

Opakapaka Grill and Bar is the on-site restaurant, serving Mediterranean cuisine with sweeping ocean views. The restaurant uses fresh local seafood in its menu offerings. A coffee house on site sells smoothies and mochas alongside the complimentary coffee bar.

Location

The property sits directly on Wainiha Bay beachfront, less than one mile from Tunnels Beach, known for the best snorkeling on Kauai. The famous Kalalau Trail and Ke'e Beach are located two miles west of the resort. Hanalei town with restaurants and shops is a 15-minute drive south via the resort shuttle.

Wellness

Hanalei Day Spa is located across the parking lot and offers massage therapy and Ayurvedic treatments. Yoga classes are available on the property for guests. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are set in a garden area with lounging space.
